Department: Fabrication Drill

Position Type: Full-time

Shift Hours: First 6:00am - 2:30pm , Second Shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Third Shift 9:30pm - 6:00 am

 

Position Description:

We are an electronics manufacturing company located in North San Diego County looking for a hardworking and quick learning motivated individual for a position in our Drill (CNC Machining department). For this entry-level position, we're looking for individuals who work well in teams but are also able to work independently. The trainee will learn workstation fabrication operations to include drill/routing and PCB inspection as well as the manufacturing processes. Opportunities for advancement into a career position.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Able to read blueprints is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt and learn new processes and procedures are a must.
  • Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
  • Ability to process high school level mathematics
  • Ability to work together as part of a team under limited supervision or independently

 

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with CNC machines

 

Required Internal Training:

  • HCI Orientation
  • All pertaining process procedures that relate to job function

 

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
