Shift Hours: Second Shift 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Hourly Rate: $19 - $22 based on experience
Position Description:
Hughes Circuits Inc. is hiring Entry-level Second Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start hands-on-career in electronics manufacturing, no experience required. We provide full training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components using detailed work instructions
- Perform precision work involving small parts and controlled application of materials used in assembly (such as adhesives/encapsulants)
- Inspect work for accuracy and quality standards
- Follow drawings, BOMs, wire lists, and process instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Work as a part of a production team to meet daily goals
- Use basic hand tools and learn new assembly techniques through training
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable doing hands-on, repetitive, fine-detail work
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
- Basic computer skills
- Any experience with detailed hands-on work, hobbies, crafting-type precision work, or assembly-style tasks
- Familiarity with reading customer and drawings and BOM

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
