Department: Corporate Office
Position Type: Full-time [40 hours per week]
Shift Hours: First 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Hourly Rate: $20 - $26 based on experience
Position Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting daily office operations and enhancing overall efficiency. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing communications and maintaining organized records. In addition, you will be assisting with Billing, Invoicing, and possible purchasing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Ability to speak, read, and neatly write English
- Ability to process high school-level mathematics
- Ability to work together as part of a team under limited supervision or independently
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
- ERP Software
- QuickBooks
- Basic computer skills
Required Internal Training:
- HCI Orientation
- All pertaining process procedures that relate to job function
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
