Department: Assembly
Position Type: Full-time [40 hours per week]
Shift Hours: First 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, Second Shift 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 based on experience
Position Description:
Performs repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to include Prep, Hand-line Assembly, Auto Insertion, Solder Cell, Secondary Operations, and Post Assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Varies based on the current project
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Able to stand for long periods (4 hours a day?)
- Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications Etc. (preferred but not required)
J-STD 001 Certified
Familiar with BOMs, Drawings, Schematics
Smart Tweezers and Calipers
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Ability to speak, read, and neatly write English
- Ability to process high school-level mathematics
- Ability to work together as part of a team under limited supervision or independently
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
- Basic computer skills
Required Internal Training:
- HCI Orientation
- All pertaining process procedures that relate to job function
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
